I don't know if it would be "mild", but being able to forget whatever I want maybe (if I already forget things without having a superpower, why not being able to choose? Like selective amnesia or something?). P4 costs 25,000 coins, 25,000 x 0.02 = 500 coins, meaning if I have 25,000 less coins in my bank I will get 500 less coins each day. Pretty much making it a price of P4 per day.
You should do something similar every time you want to buy something big in real life. Though in real life there is inflation...
