In this episode, a couple gets a implant, a cloud-based device that mimics brain function, with the promise of a better life and a free surgery. However, the company, Rivermind, later implements a subscription model with ads and upcharges, forcing the characters to choose between ad-free experiences and staying afloat. The ads are also hyper-targeted to the individual's surroundings and even impact their jobs, leading to a bleak situation. I was very disturbed and depressed after watching this one
