I've seen some talk of stage fright and as someone who has done public speaking/acting on multiple occasions, the best way for me to cope with it (or with honestly anything bad in life) is something along the lines of "shared punishment"... idk if it works for everyone, but for me personally it takes a huge weight off my shoulders if I think about the fact that many, many more other people have gone through and will go through whatever I'm going through... and some of them will fuck up more than I do... sure you might not do the best job on stage, but surely there have been way worse instances of stage performance than whatever you're doing right now... works for anything really, even the big stuff...
