I'm glad you love it there and it does sound nice. My big issue is that it is a large city and i tend to not enjoy them as much even if there are alot of holes.

I haven't watched many anime, but my kids have. We watched Attack on Titan awhile ago, which is very good. When @DubbleU is around, I'm sure they could make recommendations. I'm not sure if Avatar the Last Airbender counts as anime, but it's really good too.

Well, it really depend on your tastes and what you are in the mood for. Do you want sci-fi? action? daily live? horror? introspection?

I love "serial experiments lain" and "mushishi" but non of them is an action series so I don't know if recommend them.
