Honestly haven't played it myself as others mentioned it's not a very popular game mode. I dont know when new players unlock it, but Integrated Strategies and Stationary Security Service are also game modes that dont require sanity and gives first time rewards. That one might be difficult for someone with a small roster of unbuilt units though.

Some other newbie tips Id recommend is to always buy out the first tab for green certs (commendations) in the shop, I also buy all the recruitment packs and headhunting permits in the second tab. Save your yellow certificates for operators, the headhunting permits aren't very efficient. Add friends and start trading clues to get credits for free materials in the credit store. And lastly for now is that there are one time purchase packs in the store that cost originite prime (OP) that give material and orundum. The cost of those packs are the same ratio of converting OP to orundum, but because you get some extra goodies, they are worth it. You unlock more packs to buy as you level your account level.

Well, I think Reclamation Algorithm was unlocked at either 3-4 or 3-8.
It's definitely worth it for newbie to just complete 3 first days and then wipe save and use the points you get to buy LMDs and exp. It's quite tedious but well worth it while the LMD income is pretty much non-existent.
Bought all those level packs ages ago, but a solid advice, that's for sure)

By the way, is it true that I can get 6* healer from this intermezzi? Or is it only when the event live?
And if yes, how tough the enemies there?

+ fun coincidence, they will have a collaboration with Arknights at the end of the year xD
Heaven Burns Red. quite the tear jerker, gameplay sucks, but story really makes up for it, even side stories are awesome!

I agree with this 100%. All summer i sit there suffering with allergies no matter how much medication I take. I'm also from the UK and we're not equipped to deal with the heat, hardly ever any air con and outdoor pools just aren't really a thing. Nothing worse than trying to get to sleep while sweating like crazy.
