as for Sake, well, it is very very potent and my grandpa used get pissed a lot and told me stuff about his army days. I had some before and it went right to my head. Some people don't like, but I think its ok. You should try it some time. I tried Greece drink Uzo, and that was pretty nice. I tried lot of weird ones I forget name of, even different beers, but beer does not really taste so good to me, but sometimes its ok.

Ouzo is nasty. Sake can be good (and is good to use a tiny bit in Chinese cooking - yes, it's Japanese, but China has their own rice wine that's a hell of a lot more difficult to find.
