I am 6'2" (187 cm) The perfect woman would be my height -- together we could both command any room and I have dated a couple about that height over the years. The smallest woman I ever dated was 4'2" (127 cm) Her biggest trigger was guys trying to literally pick her up without warning but we had a lot of fun.

I'm not very picky about height. If my partner is taller, I have easier access with my face, if they're shorter, they have that advantage. Otherwise, I'd probably get yelled at a bunch for picking up my partner if they're much shorter. I like teasing like that in relationships. Unless they had a trigger like you mentioned and we couldn't anyway.
