Seems it was something about chatrooms, i had suddenly that "browse rooms" and the whole field around it on top of everything, can't even remember seeing that ever before in that form.

Yup, I got the same thing here. "Browse Rooms" on top as default. It seems to delay page loading a bit as well.

I found it quite annoying having to scroll past that every time, but luckily it can be (re-)moved via the top right chat toolbar-thingy.

Settings -> Display mode -> Below forum list

Now it's only when I list all forums that the page takes extra time to load
