Had to be rushed to the ER yesterday during work. He suddenly couldn't see out of one of his eyes. Today he's got a few appointments with some specialists to find out what's going on.

Ouch! That's harsh.
Sure, it's a shame he quit, but he did alright in my book. He was transparent and didn't try to milk his subs for a year while doing the bare minimum. It sucks that he had to step away, but he was also very generous and respectful to the community by allowing other devs to take over.

IDK I just hate quitters...as for supporters getting milk well that is on them for being stupid.
I do not like the monetization method we have for adult games especially since it is always early access piece meal.
Most VN in my opinion should just be worth a Big Mac Meal or 2 but hey that is just me.
