So many things ... I find it amusing that they can figure out how to get it up there but not how to get it out - you would think they would attack a safety line or something to it.

I'm decently sure JOIplay is the go to for such a thing, it needs addons though, in the case of desert stalker it'd need the Ren'Py addons

Also the bell in the corner shakes when someone replies like

There must be a limit to kinks, and I believe one of them is not indulging in them in a medical setting.

Ok It's kinda ridiculous that it keeps doing that pulsating glow even, if you disable chat entirely.
