yeah, I should clarify the oven mits.. I forget to use them. I have nerve damage which resulted in no feeling in my arms so since I can't feel the pain I forget them. Think wife is tired of the trips to the Dr. for burns.

Been there. Like when I make chili, people say I make it to spicy. I think it is just right.

Did chili a couple of weeks ago - wasn't my spiciest ever, but I put some ghosts into the paste this time and went heavy on the arbols and pequins. Fresh habanero, fresh serrano and another couple of ghosts in the sachet.

Yep, I'm a mess. Paralyzed from the waist down and can't feel my arms. Dr. said it's called incomplete quadraplegia. Military injuries thus I am medically retired and enjoying it.

They both had amazing vocals, and Freddie Mercury had such wonderful range with his voice. Life cut so short. But David Bowie and him are legends.
