to any americans i guess are racoons really seen as pest? their adorable(i live somewhere they dont) maybe thats why i think that but i just cant see them as pests
It depends on where you are. It also depends on what you do for a living. If you live out on a ranch and you raise chickens, you'll likely see them as a pest because they eat them. Something can be adorable, while also being a pest. It's one of those things in life that should contradict one another yet they don't

That aside, try to avoid double posting as that is frowned upon here

We think they are cute - individually or in very small groups - or a momma with her babies -- But when they start running in gangs -- or you have to pick up the trash they have strewn all over the yard for the hundredth time - or they chew through your roof to set up housekeeping in your attic - your attitude changes................................ Kinda like - any flower growing where it does not belong - is a WEED!

Ehh, there is nothing to it. As long as it's not low effort or spam, a double post can happen, and I try just to merge them, when I notice them. :p

I've never seen one either. We don't have many here, or if we do, they are pretty good at hiding. :p

In the states raccoons are normally associated with rabies here, so you don't go near them unless they are known clean. One of a friends cats got bit by a raccoon and had to be put down immediately as it was frothing at the mouth in minutes.

So as cute as raccoons are, just like any wildlife really, keep your distance.

Well good morning, good afternoon, or good evening everyone (all according to what area of the rock you claim as yours). Time for me to get back on the grind for that honeypot of LC. And actually peek around some more of the threads that I haven't seen. Hope everyone is having a good day doing something you love with or without someone you love. But there's no love without self love. Sorry I know that sounds cheesy but I'm trying to be more interactive and not so reclusive.

The problem is that they are too smart. As soon as they realize what they can get away with, they turn into real assholes. Just like people...

Give them food and yes they certainly would - it's easy to bribe them

haha why would you tell me this, see you soon racoon army

haha why would you tell me this, see you soon racoon army
You have to remember they are very easily distracted, so you will lose half your army in minutes due to butterflies, trash, other raccoons, and lewd things

Well, fuck me. Took a shower after lunch and it wiped me out standing for that long, etc. Laid down after (before 1 pm), next thing I knew it was after 3 pm.
