does any one here have frikin lag when open LC thread from first post? I had so much trouble. It can often be very slow and piss me off. Yet on other sights seems not like this... Soooo annoying

Finally I've bought Prestige 1! So now I don't have the anoying cooldown!
I've stopped reading the thread when I started writing this reply. I was updated to page 343, but apparently now I have 3 more pages to read.
Let's see how long I can keep reading all posts here. Hahaha

I think, I had good reason to think that.
Plus I also sent over a medic!
They are merged, or at least the blonde one is, I posted some in the P1 version, and they are now in the P4 one.

Do you mind old games with clunky controls?
Then I'll recommend the original 3, they are on GOG now, but only the first one is available to play right now, the others will be released later.
If you don't have the money for them, you could always emulate the PS1 versions.
If you don't like the clunky controls, I would say play the Remake of 2, 3 and 4.
They have the more modern over the shoulder controls scheme. NEVER PAY FULL PRICE FOR 3! It's not worth it.
If you're more into first person perspective, then 7 and 8 are fine choices.
They tried something there, and in my opinion it worked. You should play 7 before 8 though, since their story kinda fits together.

Thank you gor ytour tip. I probably will start with later edition V7 and 8 because i like modern games but then if they are decent I can always go to other ones and collect, like I did with Elderscrolls. If I like game series I will try to get them all.
Yes, i am happy with some older games. i even played the first Doom and Duke Nukem 3D, which were fun, so, if I like it I can play it, although yes, first player, open world, are my favorite game styles these days. It seems the Masquerade games are still popular but not as much as a lot of the newer shooter games.

Oh, I didn't see someone had talked about Resident Evil, one of my favorite series ever.
The series can be divided into some "sub-series", or I don't know how to call it.
Resident Evil, Resident Evil 2. Resident Evil 3, Resident Evil Code: Veronica, Resident Evil (Remake) and Resident Evil 0 all play similarly, focused on the survival in third person with fixed cameras.
Resident Evil 4, Resident Evil 5 and Resident Evil 6 are more focused on action, you have to aim manually and the camera in in your shoulder.
Resident Evil Revelations, plays like the previous ones, but is divided in episoed and has much more survival elements (I didn't play Revelations 2, so I don't know about that).
Resisent Evil 7 and Resident Evil 8 I also don't play much, but they're in first person and seems very horror-like.
Resident Evil 2 (Remake), Resident Evil 3 (Remake) and Resident Evil 4 (Remake) have gameplay similar as that of the original Resident Evil 4, but I think way more survivor elements.
I think you could play the remake of the original. It's my favorite in the series by far, and I think it's very beautiful still.
I didn't like the changes they did to the series, and despite them all (or almost all) being good games, I don't feel that same vibe as the first ones.

Also, yeah, I talked about RE and I forgot the one I seen I think it was out last year or maybe 2 years? but I love the movies and should buy the entire series, and I heard good things and not so good about some of the games. Maybe start off with the 1st? or one of latest? Honestly/ Thank you for your very cool details so, at least now I can find where to start, then collect the series, even the lest popular ones. I tend to like to try to get entire series when I like games, like in Elder scrolls ect.. Just nice to play older games and also the newer ones.
I assume RE have got no mods? Are the first player or second? I am sure one I seen maybe was first player and it looked cool. Lot of horror and zombies to kill and run from.
yeah, it is only when I first log into LC. I then log out or turn off my internet and back on, but LC does seem to lag in this time so maybe something in the background is being an ass. Could be Microsoft try to invade with updates, or just the way the sight can be???Sometimes I have some lag, but I haven't had any today

They weren't even cute in the "Elfquest" comics (if anyone remembers those).I'm seeing all your gobs of gobs, but because I'm presently doing a reread of Tolkien, I'm thinking "orcs" - though I've never seen or read of a female orc, and I expect there would be nothing cute about them at all.
They are supposed to be making a cartoon of it though. That could be cool.

Probably, Microsoft is tenacious AF. I have actually edited Registry Keys to turn off automatic updates and even deleted them- and I'll be damned if they aren't right back where they were after a reboot.
