I've had good experience with the site isthereanydeal when it comes to getting games cheap. Shows the price history of games, so you can judge if a discount is a deal or not. Let's you set up email notifications with filters and rules, so for example when a game drops to "n" $/€ or lower you get an email, but only if it is sold without DRM or can be activated on Steam, but excluding Indiegala (fucking hate indiegala...) . I have not paid full price for a game for years now. Most of the game is just behind the base price, the DLCs are mostly deco block, with a couple exceptions that add more styles of utilities already in the game.
Also sites like humble bundle usually have bundles whit the game and DLCs for a fraction of the total price.
weell... I'm old enough to remember theSeems people don't understand my Margaret Thatcher trolling reference.

, and angry lefty enough to have opened a few bottles with friends in celebration when she finally kicked the bucket - and I did not get that reference.... at first. On another note, I am feeling a bit concerned about first the great Subscribestar clampdown on incest and loli material, and at the same time ddos attacks closing down the "Allegorical Thesaurus Fallacy". Almost feels like a coordinated effort, or maybe my adhd-meds are just making me paranoid again...?
Actually, the admin has replaced the Alternative Tentacles Frankenchrist site with a page saying they need new hosting.
