You can watch stuff on bed via the monitor...

No I think not.
The blue emitting lights. And of course the thing itself keeps you alert. For a healthy sleep that should be out or at least off. Imo.

Just have self control and turn off and go to sleep when you need to.
Then again I know some people really can't control themselves and keep using their devices when they should be sleeping.

i have no real clue what you just said to me. it has been years since i last subjected myself to league probably over 10. is it some anti cheat software or something? also how did it go with your ahem... problem?

i guess that too no i meant the game discussion where my attempts to help spiraled into attempts to infuriate because it turned out more fun for me. less so for you.
