I don't know if it is my Best or not, Kinda tradition, after the first Pheasant hunt of the season... I like to make a Pheasant Marsala
A lightly breaded pheasant Boob cooked with Portabella mushrooms, in a Marsala wine/ cream sauce next to garlic buttered Fettuccini noodles plenty of fresh shredded parmesan cheese over all
Best served with a nice juicy @applebottom for Desert

Patience was the key, yes. And images were compressed by turning them into linked ascii text files you had to separately download. Then convert them back into pixels.
Always a hoot when file 4 of 4 was corrupted as you'd miss out on the interesting stuff that's invariably in the bottom part of an image.
