Ren'Py has its native functions that are simpler, but being Python you can program new mechanics for it.
I don't remember what you are refering to, but not being real time 3D I don't think it would be hard to implement in Ren'Py.

The toon in the backgrounds have text box that pop up and have a conversation once it get to the end it starts over. some time is over stills or animation. So the main text is run off the next key but this stuff runs auto on top of that.

I don't know if I understood correctly, but you can have text on top of the images, and also I think you can display images with layers, so you can have the text between to objects or something like that.

Dead day, So I'm helping out the inspector with a proof load of a part. Yeah kind of wish i didn't. 2 wonky ass dollies need to lift 2000 lbs. up a foot by turning hand cranks. need to do the test 3 times. We've done it twice so far. My arms are jelly

I never knew about the numerical ID for hashes. I usually just use 2 tags like the character and then either some genre or kink. For the rest i use the sorting functions. Sometimes i sort by popular, or increase the rating threshold to only show images with a minimal rating of 4-5 stars.

the way the parts are made it the hand crank the is used to make the adjustments. So that is how we're officially supposed to test it unfortunately
