I'd have to say the best anime of all time is full metal alchemist brotherhood.
However, not far from it in ranking, my favorite anime is Cardcaptor Sakura.

And I do think there is a connection between the games I like here and Sakura.

SAO sticks out to me next to these other two S tier anime lol.
No disrespect btw, I watched and enjoyed most seasons of SAO lol. I just don't rate it very highly lol

SAO was the first anime I proper got into after watching Haganai. A friend suggested I try SAO because I love gaming and he thought the idea of being stuck in a video game would appeal to me. He was right and I have mainly enjoy it now for the Kirito and Asuna story

I have seen these, i haven't seen Suzume yet. I like Shinkai Makoto. But i also like Mamoru Hosoda. Though Belle was really very disappointing on a story level if beautifully animated.

a lot of Makota Shinkai's work hits me in the feels.

Guilty pleasure but Air Gear, the anime cutting short is what got me into manga. Oh Great managed to create a world out of roller blades and takes it to 11 in this whimsical ass way which is super fun.

Anyone here a fan of the new manga's being adapted into anime? If so which ones do you consider good?

i liked the chainsaw man adaptation. nicely animated, and i think the voice actress's for Makima and Kobeni nailed it.
