For me it's Azraesha from A House in the Rift. I love her playful and sarcastic personality. Her and the MC have great chemistry and play off each other really well.

• The MC's cousin Esther from iNSight of You. She is an off-the-charts sexy and reluctantly horny choleric.
• The MC's half-sister Sheila from Waifu Academy. Tamer than Esther, but just as sexy.
• All the main girls from Stormside, with a very slight preference for Akemi.
• Imani, the surreally beautiful deep Black sex cult princess in Maids and Maidens. Not much known about her character yet, but wow!

Hands down Leana from Such a Sharp Pain... Her modeling was excellent and her proportions realistically portrayed. I appreciate her more for the quality and thought that went into her than anything else. There's probably a little of my bias too as she reminds me a lot of a girl I had a crush on in primary school. As a sexual interest, not so much. Just a fantasy of childhood really.

My personal favorite LI for the past few years would have to go too Miranda (Meryphillia might be the name going forward in the series) from Blacks Souls.
To be honest I don't even know where to begin with this one without it becoming some big essay, So I'll make a short list.

Her design is incredible.
She doesn't just sit around doing nothing and does her absolute best to keep up with you (No whining or complaining).
Isn't a door mat.
Is a Battle/combat junkie.
Has a secretly cute and romantic side hidden behind her expressionless nature.
She a Ride and Die Girl type girl.
And lastly she kicks some major ass.

There more I could say but I'd prefer to keep this light. Lastly before i found this LI, I never really understood the whole waifu thing but I can see where it comes from now but only a little bit.

If I had to choose one it would be the sister from My Girlfriend's Amnesia from Daniels K. It was one of the first games I played (after Cohabitation from Sid Valentine). I remember playing through the game trying to be a loyal boyfriend, then the sister crawled under the table and asked if I had something for her to lick, and that was that. I did her every chance I had after that and forgot all about my girlfriend.

I also like all the main LI's from Milfy City (Linda, Sarah, Caroline, and Cecilia).

I can't come up with an all time favorite love interest from a VN because most VNs don't build the personality of their NPCs line animes do in the course of a series. So see my avatar for my all time favorite love interest. It's Origami Tobiichi from the Date A Live series. I love how such a cutie can also become a real badass in the blink of an eye.
