you might want to experiment a bit with the seams fix options as i had kinda mixed results to recommend any one. just make sure your denoising strength is low (around 0.2 to 0.25) otherwise you'll get very visible seams in the result regardless of seams fix settings.
Also, i dont remember if i downloaded 4x Ultra sharp upscaler or it came out of the box.

SD1.5 nowadays is a class of models (hardly ever one uses the original over 1yo release) and customizations (LORA mostly). According to the kind of images you want to generate, you would select a good SD1.5 base model and try your prompts there. You can use things like Fooocus to automatically improve the prompt based on your hints.

nope never tried lora, but if its just facial likeness youre after, Reactor extension does a pretty great job.

Are you using a webUI or using what Civitai hosts? I use Forge webUI, then there is ComfyUI and then Automatic1111

i use automatic. i have some models that will always(mostly) output just a face pic and not the full body and i not know why

you should try forge. its faster than A1111 especially with controlnet.

yes, the best thing is learn to use stable diffusion, that is kinda hard

I don't have any experience with making specific characters. However, I have seen a lot of SD models dedicated to cartoon characters and anime. Not to mention Loras that are specific too. Have you searched for a checkpoint on Civitai?

i have downloaded lot of nsfw checkpoint model. just hoping i can get better at prompting for represent what i text. the i have to learn the upscale and polishing thing to make it look better

If you want good results, you almost need one that you run from your own pc.
Or spend much time to tweak the prompts of the online ones and go thru hundreds of generations to get some good images.


As far as I know it doesn't allow much NSFW stuff.

civitai.com does allow NSFW, it just doesn't allow you to do loli or child like.
