Hi, I satisfy the requirements for Lurker Path, but still have not unlock Active Member Privilieges

how many is needed to unlock sinner or game+

They switch to coin base, you need 500 coin. You get 3 from people liking your comments. their thread where people will like your comments to help people get Member+. Their a few other ways to get coin, I don't remember sense they change it last.

So far the only thing I have found to work to gain LC is the 3 points for posting and e points for being liked.

It's permanent.

how do they count the online hour because for some reason i already spend more than 5 hours idling on the site but it count only up to 2 hours

i think it uses sessions (30min maybe? not sure), if you were active this session - keep counting, if not - pause it

Yup, it tracks time online only if you're actively browsing or if the page you're on automatically refreshes - though it is much lower than 30minute sessions, I'm guessing its 3-5minutes.
