The alpha version wasn't actually supposed to be released to the public; it was intended for testing purposes.
Only the Windows version of the alpha was leaked, though there is an Android version available internally.
However, the beta update is coming soon; it fixes bugs, adds more content, and will also make a current Android version available again.

Then you're either playing a really old version or you're still at the beginning.
To make sex with Jacky possible, you need to progress the story—for example, by winning the school election for Lauren, checking on Sidney when she goes to work, keeping Jacky out of the club as much as possible, having Cami work as a maid and later haver her move in with Mandy, and so on.
One important event is the prison visit; after that, you need to increase Jacky's sexual frustration to advance further, and at some point after that, the dates should become available.

This game requires a lot of «grind» in my opinion, but it's worth it.

I really love how the relationships between the family members are developing. They're JUST slow enough to be believable (within the context of a porn game) but not so slow burn that it becomes frustrating.

Awesome game, really enjoying it so far. I really like that this dev isn't using dream scenes and masturbation fantasies as click-bait screenshots like others do.

The only problem is that--like most of these VNs--this dev has abnormally giant cock syndome. Always takes away from the immersion when the MCs dick is silly-huge. Just make it a normal sized cock for crying out loud.
