I have gone to her room early every morning for one week. I only get the option to Say goodbye, hug her or ask if I can watch her change. No option asking her out for a date.
In case you don't know, in the game, in the upper right corner, there is a phone icon that you can click on. After activating that, click on the blue and white big "i" right above the word "Progress" This will bring up a to do list, if you click on the ??? you get hints on what to do. You most likely need to complete some other events to activate the dating event. On a side note...on the phone when you first activate it, there is an icon in the upper right corner of the phone. Clicking on it will open the cheat menu and no I don't think it will allow you to skip anything

Just finished Eating healthy - Missed the champagne thing. So maybe that will trigger the date scene.
Tried your save, and got the option for a date. I could also bang mom at her office. I there is a lot of progress to be made before I get there on my save

No, not yet. This upcomin' update is to finish up Jacky's content. Going forward will be Cami's content and Mandy also if I read and remember correctly.
