while I do enjoy this game think it would benefit from a non-sandbox version or mode, the sandbox kind of just feels like its there to pad it out, feels like a time waster.

90% of sandbox games would benefit from having a VN mode. Can't think of a single thing that would be lost. Especially with this one

Proof of Life - Jan 27th​

Hey all. Hope your week is going good! I know there's just one thing that is interesting you all now, so I'll get right into it.

I think I'm just days away from finishing up, but by days, I don't mean like a couple days from now, I mean actual work days. As always, it depends on my schedule and even unforeseen things during coding. just as an example. I had some good days of work in this week, enough time that I would have thought that I would be finished now, but for a coding error that took me over three days to find. I had a few events that were not triggering in the right order, but seemed to be triggering in a random order, and the fix was as simple as replacing an "if" with an "elif" but trying to figure that out took for freaking ever! So, unfortunately stuff like that happens, it's frustrating, it's time consuming, and it's unexpected and with how big the script is getting, it's actually getting harder to keep stuff like that from happening.

It's going to be a challenge to work on the game the next few days, but the end of my week should open up and hopefully (fingers crossed) that will be enough to get this thing polished up and out the door.

Thanks to all of you for your support! I'm sorry for the length of time it's taken to get this one out, We've got plans in motion to get the following updates out much quicker. I hope you all have a great week!

Shame there are no public releases anymore but I like the game so I'd consider chucking a few bucks their way if there's a few big updates coming. It's a fun game and honestly I like sandbox.

I seem to be stuck on the early morning run with Sidney. I have gotten to the part where she sits in the MC lap but gets cockblocked by the old man. I have done this scene repeatedly with no change. What am I doing wrong? I know that it advances beyond this but it isnt doing it for me.

That is date is for the ALPHA!! The Beta will be done AFTER the stuff that is broken and buggy in the ALPHA is fixed, so hold yer horses' pardner...

Check your phone and quest tracker on it. It will offer hints as what to do. If your stuck on one girl try working on the others as you advance with them you unlock other stuff with them. There is a walk through on Will's Discord by the way.
