There is a new quest with some really solid content. But outside of that, I didn't find anything else new. Would love for there to be more that I missed!

In fact, there is a new mission in the alpha that serves as preparation for the next photoshoot, where Jacky and Camille are set to appear together in front of the camera.
There is also an undocumented mini-event that triggers if you visit Jacky's room at night.
More content for Aunt Camille won't arrive until the update following the 0.09v4 Supporter version.
The 0.09v4 Supporter version will feature slightly more content than the alpha; for instance, an NTR mission for Sidney is currently in development, and the new gallery will include these new missions.

You were mistaken about the content featuring the blonde Camille.
There is no new Camille content in the v4 update; everything involving her comes from older updates. As I understand it, new Camille content won't arrive until the v4 update is finished.
Simply put, Camille content will be included in v0.09v5 or v0.10v1—whichever version number comes next—unless plans change.

Yes and no.
The new mission is a preparation for Jacky and Camille's photoshoot; however, while Camille is mentioned, she isn't actually part of the mission itself—since Ryan, Jacky, and Sidney are handling the preparations—so, in this sense, there is no Camille content.
