Overview:
The main character is lost in the rain and arrives at a mountain cabin.

i think it might have incest because in one screenshot she is saying ty brother and the stain where the body was is still on the floor so the brother isnt the dead person in that other screenshot

Only a little bit in, but the translation is just a little butchered, though understandable. The girl seems to have no relation to the protag, so likely it's just translating "onii-chan" as "brother", when it's really more like "mister".
