He committed a robbery on a wealthy guy, pretty sure it was his boss, and during the event the guy was accidently killed, forget how exactly, but as a result he was charged for murder in the 2nd degree I think it was, might need to check that.

As ridiculous as that sounds it could happen IRL wrong place, wrong time charged as an accomplice. But 15 years is a stretch. 5 or 6 is believable for someone with no criminal history.

I actually think now it would be accidental Homicide or Manslaughter he would be charged along with the robbery charge. So I think 16 years might be excessive in this respects, though depending who is pulling the strings behind the scenes then who knows, maybe longer. I think 8 years is about the appropriate sentencing, but I'm not a lawyer so just guessing.

You won't be disappointed, the game flow very nicely and has a read mode if you just want to have the story. I kinda wish more games had that as an option.

The game is pretty good but tends to be a bit linear because being too bad a person gets you kicked out. Overall, the gameplay and characters are great but I would prefer a bit more freedom.
