If you mean his dreams, then yes they are still there
But outside of the dreams, it takes the MC a while to get to the lewdness.

If you plan on playing with the WT and/or incest mod. I would advise you to wait until it's updated to the newest version.

I don't mind a good slow burn novel, this one is not good, the premise is there but the flow is awkward, I get that we go blind on a novel but shouldn't the dev know where he is going with it? Feels like he's dragging this for no reason, hopefully will get better.

Did you choose to not romance anyone?
Then yes depending on who it is the flow can feel off by a lot.
As usual with a lot of multi choose games, if you choose to not go down certain paths. You will also miss a lot of main story content.
