Yes, that also cunts as a mod, since it modifies the original games files.
The incest patch is fan made.

Anyway, the guy who makes it is working on it. He said that he notices some weird coding, and is talking with the dev on what to do with it.
So hopefully we don't have to wait much longer.

doubt it would prevent content, it might corrupt, grey screen etc, but why would it stop it from showing latest content?

Although I was unable to contact WDW, I believe the bug causing "no lewd content" has been fixed. With the mod, you see that content (assuming you are on the respective path for that person).
