This was actually pretty fun checking out the potential projects. Great idea!
It's a real shame you can't find enough assets for The Witch Maker, because right away that was my favorite idea. If you can't find 1600s assets, it doesn't necessarily need to be set in that era. I think it would be work set in modern times, especially with the resurgence of witches and wiccan practices amongst Gen Z. It'd be really fun if some girls just decided to try it for fun before realizing the MC does have legitimate magic. Then you could create a whole unseen world of different factions, kind of like you did with The Slayer. Anyway, just my two cents. Hate to see such a good idea get shelved. Plus, everyone loves goth girls.
Here are my thoughts on the rest of the games:
The Slayer: Cool idea with a lot of potential for world building. I'm not a big fan of the MC's hair as it looks straight out of a 80s hair band, but other than that I like the character design. I think you may have some issues with people bailing on the game at the first sight of furry characters though. Demonesses and Succubi are an easier sell, but I'd assume most of the "fighting" of demons would have to involve fucking as well since that's where most of the variety in girls would come from after the MC is chained to the mother/daughter LIs for protection.

Camp Tomahawk: The concept is interesting, but in practice it would kinda suck to be watching these asshole counselors taking advantage of everyone. Sex scenes are way worse, IMO, if you don't have an MC to connect with and root for, and I don't think that's going to be the killer. I know people have more fucked up interests than me, but nothing was hot about that half scene with the camper and I wouldn't be excited for full scenes like that. I like your games not only because of the content, but also your MCs are good people overall, despite some occasionally dubious actions. This concept doesn't seem like it'll have that.

Tales of Fairies and Fantasies: I'm not that excited about this one. I'm a fan of continuous games where each update builds on a story and characters we're familiar with. Updates become more easily skippable if nothing is connected. It's nice being excited for the next update to find out what happens next. I also agree with your proofreader on the consent issue. Non-consensual is not my thing. Nor are furries/beastiality as you mentioned.

Bangtown City: I think the mockumentary idea in a VN is pretty unique. I don't really like the floating characters over backgrounds style, but that might just be me. It was weird having the MC sit on the bed, but not really be sitting there. Idk. I understand it's important for the "mockumentary" style, but it felt a little odd to me. Maybe it could work with your regular style, but still just not acknowledge a camerman being there 90% of the time, like The Office does. Not sure about longevity of the story either with new people rotating in all the time. We need some constant story idea or goal apart from just raising his bodycount.

My Daughter, My Wingman: While this is not a very unique premise, I think this will be the most popular and will have the most general interest. The dynamic is interesting. I enjoyed it and I'd definitely play more. I think it'd be better if Ash was also gradually more sexually excited by her Dad getting with her friends, rather than already wanting to do everything with her Dad and crying in her room when stuff goes on with others. Maybe she starts watching, likes it, then thinks she's content with secretly watching and making her Dad happy, but gradually wants more. That would make for good progression and story beats like getting caught watching, being questioned, and having to admit some of her feelings to her Dad. I'm sure with your storytelling abilities, this game will be done well. As long as it's an exciting enough idea for you to be interested in developing.

Aunt Farm: Punny name. I like it. As far as incest goes, aunts and cousins aren't quite as exciting as sisters/daughters but the aunts we met were definitely hot. I don't really see where this story goes though. Doing farm work is not that interesting so there's not much to break up flirting/progressing relationships. I feel like something else big needs to be happening to make this premise work, like a zombie apocalypes. Okay, maybe not that, but hopefully you get what I mean.

So, overall, my top 3 is:
1. The Witch Maker
2. My Daughter, My Wingman
3. The Slayer
In reality, regardless of what you choose, I'm going to play it. But, I hope this helps!
