    If they're good, I don't mind em, specially in sandbox or sim games, but if I have to grind em too much I end getting bored and hating the mini game, they also break a bit the immersion in the game if not placed correctly

    I prefer playing without a guide, I only use it if the game is too cryptic, and I haven't found one like that in years. I like the idea that the story is influenced by my choices, although most of decision driven games don't usually change nothing or just a few dialoges.

    Non linear ones are a bit better, I think, it makes you feel that the world is more alive and that u're part of it, not just a visitor guided by the games story. I also like the though that my choices may change the contentp of history of the game, it makes a more immersive experience
