You don't. 0.6 is the only version that needed a new start. Players should delete old saves due to corruption risk. Because of that the gallery images will get reset. Normally opened gallery images are retained across updates. No replay needed. That's the way it will be again next update. -

The black screen is normal. It's just a short transition image to the name question. People thought "skip intro" on the main menu was something story related. It only meant "stop menu background loop". -
