    The fun thing about abandoned games is that sometimes they're abandoned because they were too high-quality, and the dev couldn't keep up. Not too often, but you can miss out on some gems if you don't occasionally look at them.

    Depends on the game. If it's something I absolutely love I'll usually come back for each update. Otherwise it usually gets relegated to my "see you when I forget you" section, just because I end up going through so many.

    The repeated scenes are, for me, part of the point of playing a sandbox game. When I play one, I like to feel like I'm playing through daily life which occasionally means making the choice to just do the same-old-same-old that I liked before.
