Oh thank god. And it wasn't open for long. Hopefully that won't be an open enough window to cause the site trouble. Jack, I believe in what you're doing, but remember two things when it comes down to it:
1) This is YOUR site. We live on it, you rule it. Its great you want to try to make everyone happy, but the farmer and potter have different needs from the weather.
2) Just because a lot of criticism sounds the same, doesn't mean it comes from the same place. Who knows how many of the critics actually want the site to fail, or worse, you to end up in legal trouble? Hosting members+ content comes with its own threats and opinions. People not ready to pay for that access, are the ones that will get the site discovered and removed, not the ones that will keep it running. Yes that's pretty inflammatory to say, and its an overgeneralization. However, when it comes to that content, you have to protect yourself, always.

I see it, though not under members+ zone, but under games. Is that how it used to be and I'm just remembering poorly?

I think this is a terrible idea. I have to say it. The sole reason I discovered and use lewdcorner was because of the members+ sections. The confidence I had to pay for that privilege was because I understood WHY it needed to be behind a paywall. Specifically to keep it from being shut down, banned, hunted, and keeping its admins out of prison; and while it was behind a paywall, that was worth paying for because I knew it would survive as a result. The people complaining about a paywall aren't the reason this site survived. Maybe for the higher tier restrictions, or some of the other non members+ material. But memebrs+? That should always be paywalled, not to get money, to stay safe. Please rethink this, its only going to shutter LC in the long run.

Either you’re still unaware that there are other sites like this one that offer the same content as what’s available here in the Member+ section, or you have no idea that search engines exist and how to use them.

A paywall tends to deter new users rather than attract them; besides, there are better ways to make the explicit content of a website like this accessible while simultaneously hiding it from prying eyes than simply locking it behind a paywall.

If you want to support the site financially, that option is always available to you, and you can invest as much money as you have and take the risk that your personal data could be traced back to this website - that is your decision and puts only you at risk, no one else.
To expect or even demand that of others is simply stupid and ignorant.

Furthermore, if you’re willing to pay for something you could get elsewhere without paying, that’s your decision, and you’re free to do so at any time - but don’t expect others to think the same way you do or be willing to do the same.
This is a pirate site that offers content it neither created nor owns.
Therefore, it has no right to sell it or make it available for a payment.

Perhaps, I'm out of line, but please take this constructive criticism to heart.

Users want the presentation of a PLAN to implement changes they can read through.
Users want to be FOREWARNED of potential changes for more than a day or a week.
This allows them to PREPARE for what is coming.

Users want to PROVIDE feedback, whether positive or negative, and
The Administrator should want to WELCOME such feedback as a guide for implementation,
All to keep the forum alive, and to keep the users interested in FUNDING the forum and RETURNING.

Deleting the Poll with all comments,
and dropping all protections,
just because people are frustrated with how ideas are implemented,
and then voicing their opinions on a forum,
seems like poor administration of the forum.

Perhaps take to heart what the users are frustrated with and try to present a plan to the community to solve these issues:
Constant changes without notice,
Working on, then breaking features that do not need to be worked on,
Deletion of games, images, threads,
Having an economy based forum,
Loss of coins,
Changing Ranks,
ETC.

At least the poll was an attempt to see how the users wanted to proceed with what was being proposed.

Exactly this, too many times do wide sweeping decisions get implemented with no warning then receives community backlash because of that. It gets undone, promises are made to be more communicative and then it happens again.

Is AC and how we spend or accumulate it still a WIP? Because currently it can only be used to gain ranks. In fact, it is the only way to gain prestige ranks, and since it doesnt' appear to be accumulating anymore...well you see the predicament.

And the point, when I was on the site last time, (even before Sunday, it seems), the coins worked and everything was charged for likes and comments quite quickly.
But the admin again had nothing to do, and he/she once again decided to violate the people's rules: "While it's working, DON'T meddle!! " and "Prevention is an excuse to fix something that does NOT need repair."

Speaking about that, give a link to the most detailed instructions on the correct use of the so-called "search engines", which are not able to distinguish images on the monitor from real life in principle!! duckduckgo, ithy .com, even Google has long had "information bubbles" that completely ruin any search, brazenly pushing absolutely irrelevant answers if you dare to ask them something more piquant, than the weather outside the window!!
