Interesting enough I think the MC here is the 10yo version of the MC in SF (same default name, same eyes). So we don't have to worry that his 15" dick will turn into 30" when he hits puberty later, so there's that at least.

I wouldn't say that. Ethan just does different iterations of self-inserts that exist in different universes, but they are all canonically named Ethan.
