So there's this VN I remember but can't find anymore it's of a fantasy game where the MC is married to this Elve and she's way older than him and they move out to a new place and they had trouble with pregnancy and in order for her to get pregnant she has to turn into a loli version of herself and if it works she stays that way until gives birth and he encounters other monster girls

My Life in a Fantasy Kingdom is correct, but there's a lot of NTR in that game in case you forgot that part, and in case anyone else is on here is interested but NTR is a deal breaker.

Yeah that's the part I don't like about it but I kept searching making sure I wasn't hallucinating but yep it's there
