That will be a bit difficult because IF he actually makes his profile a NSFW one, he's fucked. Patreon takes your real life ID as requirement for making NSFW. Unless he wants to actually commit fraud, patreon isn't going to pass.
Use a different real life ID, it's not that hard and depending on how it's done even legal. An example for me is my bank accounts are under my mom's and sister's name (mostly setup to where I don't have to give a fuck if get sued or not, can't lein or garnish anything if technically I don't legally own it so whoever can enjoy their uncollectable judgement they wasted money on lawyers getting). Last I heard BH is just a regular guy with wife and kids, use their names for payment accounts/Patreon profile. Whether that's actionable fraud or not is debatable, but even if so it doesn't matter if he doesn't get caught. They are probably going to altogether ban all porn soon enough anyway so if one wants to make as much as possible before then they better hurry up.

Not to my knowledge, at least not officially. They turn a blind eye often enough when they can give plausible deniability to the PP's (ie no direct links to the content on their site), but in BH's case I wouldn't be surprised if they specifically demanded they ban BH or lose their merchant accounts as the usual threat. Dunno why platforms like this didn't set up as crypto only from the start. Sure, they'd be a lot smaller as a business as a result but at least then they'd be censorship proof and wouldn't need to bend a knee to anyone. The bigger companies like Valve ($4B a year in profit) don't need Visa and MC at all, they could start their own bank and their own in house-payment system just for themselves if they really wanted to and just take direct bank transfers similar to the way Paypal does it if they weren't lazy fucks and actually gave enough of a fuck about censorship. Contrary to popular belief it only takes about $30m to start your own bank, though the paperwork can take 2-3 years, so I guess even if they wanted to they'd have to suck it up until then (and maybe that's their actual 3-year plan with Rule 15 just a temporary fix until then after last summer's bullshit, who knows).

my biggest problem with his main games is that they feel kind of incomplete in my opinion. especially when it comes to the side plots. For example in The Guardian I would have appreciated some more scenes with the neighbor family, geting the mother in on the action and some more scenes with the two daughters. Or in PA the whole slave ring plot would have deserved way more content and not just some short generic scenes. More scenes with training, corruption and sharing would have been brilliant. Also Anns family would have deserved more content including the mother and nieces.
One of the aspects with the Seath games that I'm not particularly fan of... and not particularly fan of in general are the random, pointless characters getting scenes. Like you mentioned the neighbour family. There was really no point to it. Instead we could've gotten something with actual close characters to the MC. Same goes for the slave ring honestly. You cut that part, give extra scene to Kennedy or something.
On the contrary, I love his games for this very reason. Because we can get more intense content right away with a side character, while everything happens slowly with the main character.
