I FINALLY after about a month was able to get my Comcast email back from when they wanted me to change a password but their texts wouldn't go through. Hours on the phone before, going there yesterday and an hour and a half today. And the probelm was I needed to text their number "START" to GET the texts. But the guy gave me a code to do before. It was an ordeal. Also had to delete nearly 2600 old messages.

I had to deal with Scumcast the other day, they don't announce maintenance/outages unless you use their app. Had connection problems for a day and a half, and when I answered their survey with "0 - would not recommend to others" with my explanation why, they just responded with "did we resolve your issue?"
