It was 2dcg or 3dcg renpy, school setting with a locked door that at some point got unlocked and you could go downstairs and see a bunch of cultists in cloaks doing some kind of ritual, and someone from the school was one of the cultist too probably. One of those big cast 3dcg games, guy is sent to a family to live in a mansion but they arent related. The family is some guy who is a criminal and you have to investigate him, he also has an affair with his housekeeper. There is also a daughter who is a camgirl in disguise. There is a basement gym with some military guy who lost his ring and you found the housekeeper gave it to her boyfriend to sell it or something. Try Our Island. I think it's the game you're looking for. Sadly, it's abandoned though. There was an attempt to remake it by another Dev, but not sure what's happening with that.
