Please take a moment and read. I'm going to evaluate this page of messages from people. We're getting a few too many low-effort (or close to it) posts. And I don't want to start deleting messages.
Note: we tend to ignore the "Hello" and "Goodbye" posts if they aren't too low-effort and are from users who are posting other things, not just the greetings.
And this is an example of a good reply. Notice that it's unique to the user and has reasons for someone to reply and engage with it?

This is a reply to someone, so has some context. It's close to low effort. Saying something about their post or giving them a way to respond is better, but this is not bad.
This acknowledges the person's initial greeting and is well-wishing also, but there's not really anything about the joiner or any offer to respond.
This is fairly low-effort and could have had some better reason to exist. There's not a way for anyone to reply with anything other than a replying "hello".Hello everyone!
This is what I mean with regards to @riccs98 's post. This is all that someone can say in reply, and neither of these have reason to exist. They're not using unique gifs or anything else fun.
Again, this has no uniqueness to it. There's nothing to reply to other than "see you tomorrow", which is also a low-effort post. You could acknowledge someone or something you talked about that day, which might spark the conversation to continue while you're gone.
Again, it's welcoming a new user, but doesn't ask them anything or say anything about their post. There's no reason for them to reply back to you!
See! This is what I meant. There wasn't a reply to make, so this is all we got, a low-effort post in reply.
And as I said of the previous, low-effort initial post leads to a low-effort reply.

Nothing much, aside from seeing a doctor for my skin rash. I’ve been applying the meds and it’s feeling better, but now I feel like a drug addict going through withdrawal from trying not to scratch.

Yeah, the series is basically dead at this point. There is a remaster of the original Deus Ex in the works, but I wouldn’t expect too much. It looks like it might just end up being another sloppy, low-effort cash grab.

Now I’m curious. How many games do you have in your Steam library, and what percentage have you finished? Or do you just sail the high seas for them?
