Yeah, Ric0h's server is still open, but Ric0h is banned from whole discord. There was huge clean up and lot of loli devs is banned now. Even Ric0h.

So Ric0h's server is still there but without Ric0h

he could have simply made another accocunt and subbed to his own server. repeat as necessary. oh well.

Once that's in effect, I'll bounce from Discord. They don't need to know who I am or what I do.

That could have been why it was abandoned. Too many perverts like me bitching and even unsubbing after seeing the travesty April was turned into. I agree with what the other guy said, at least Japanese devs tend to keep it as a hobby whether they have a platform or not and finish what they start, though their styles are often an acquired taste.

Ric0h was banned from discord in the giant purge, and the game was banned from 95 because it has smols(Ric0h has bee AFK/MIA since his ban and I don't think anyone has heard from him). No reason why it was allowed on there to begin with but they play favorites with which games can break there own rules and stay.

I'm guessing it was causing too many problems with too many people not knowing about this site asking for the loli April version in DM's (which they snoop and read, so the DM system there is mostly pointless other than avoiding OT thread posts). Every time the thread was updated with a new version the mods had to get busy with their bans every time someone lamented the loss of loli April and triggered people's curiosity that didn't know about it (it was officially never public after all so not many off this site knew about it). I guess after the 10th update/3rd wave they had enough so simply banned the whole thread/dev. Moral of the story: fuck platforms like Patreon and Fuck95, make lolis for free just for Lewdcorner or A T F, at least those sites still don't care.

Y'see, that would be interesting, because that would be identity theft and could initiate investigations without anything else being involved. So if any governmental organisation was in need of an excuse to investigate anyone, their ID's being disseminated online would be one. Protect your ID everyone.

Identity theft alone is a multi-billion-dollar industry, always has been even before all the shitty anti-porn laws just for the money (often the purchased ID is used to open bank accounts, take out loans, apply for credit cards, etc to the tune of easily $100k+, maybe even more if they were associated with good credit/high income at the start). By the time it's discovered and the mess is sorted the bad guy has already got the money and disappeared. Sometimes the legit ID is left holding the bag, but often it's the banks (or their insurance companies) that eat the loss.

Best way to avoid being a target of that is use the system to your advantage; get a criminal record yourself (doesn't need to be rape or murder, simple felony-level larceny is good enough, or, ironically, steal someone else's ID, can't beat 'em so join 'em and all that) as well as open a few credit cards, max them out and then default on them every 7 years and only do jobs that pay cash to avoid garnishment from the resulting default judgements (no paycheck on record = nothing to garnish = uncollectable judgement). ID's associated with criminal records and bad credit are mostly useless and worthless as far as sale value on TOR, so even if it does get stolen they won't be able to do much with it, other than watch porn I guess.

Not necessarily. First time offenders usually just get probation, depending on the mood of the judge at the sentencing hearing, particularly in non-election years and whether you cut a deal or not (prob less lenient if you take it to trial). Older brother of a high school buddy of mine (still "tough on crime" back then as well, esp for violent crimes or when drugs are involved) broke into a store and stole $13k worth of stuff. Caught on camera so wasn't even 2 months before he was busted after one of his customers was for receiving stolen property. Class C Felony = max 7 years, but ended up with just 90 days in jail, 5 years probation, and restitution + court costs (7 years free room and board would have been cheaper, and prob would have gotten out in 3-4 anyway vs 5 years paper).

He prob didn't wanna end up as Westy's cellmate as the main reason for the age-ups, he's in a shitty country that he apparently didn't wanna leave. The bans after were just bad luck. He should have just self-hosted his own site/payment system, just used this site for free publics, and told Fuck95 and whatever platform to fuck off and banned them instead but as usual this was probably just a side gig that wasn't deemed worth all that extra effort.
