Don't forget Starfield, which COULD have been one of the greatest space RPGs ever, but fell flat on it's face. But if you look at the StarWars total conversion, you can really see what that game could've been in the right hands.

Given how they've been with their recent releases, I'm not actually sure I want a TES 6.. It'll just end up a sad cash grab and ruin the Elder Scrolls name.

I somewhat agree but I find that we invest more so the reward is more beautiful

Yeah.. I WISH I could trust them to make a true, good TES 6. Would love to step back into Skyrim with modern additions. Official VR support, etc.

But Modern Bethesda has proven they aren't capable of that anymore.

True. Though you have to try to mess up a remaster. The hard part's already done. Mechanics are already there, story is done, and the world's already populated. All they had to do was update the looks and engine.
