You set applocale and download language pack in your windows settings. Locale Emulator you can download from the internet, you shouldn't have problem finding it, however if you set applocale you shouldn't need it.

google Mtool then download it it will likely tell you you still need a Locale Emulator and ask for permission to download the add on if you let it download it will work fine once you figure it out one hint when useing this app theres tabs at the top click the first tab it will look like gibberish once you do it will be easy to use from there

Just played this quick game, adorable and nice gameplay, playtime is roughly 15 minutes, and you do need Locale Emulator installed in order to run it ( Just download it, install it, then right click the games .exe and you should see Locale Emulator as an option, then pick the japanese locale ) but very nice, very delicious and definitely a nice time for people who like corruption/grape gameplay with lots of mouse dragging and dialogue, no keyboard required! ( I think )
