As an example, there is a great (in my opinion) game called Family business. I am a subscriber of the developer and could, if desired, upload the full version of this game. But there is no such desire. For a simple reason, I sincerely respect the developer's work and wish him success in his work. In addition, the paid version is not much different from the public version. The difference is in the presence of sound in the videos and in the presence of several bonus scenes that have no effect or connection with the main plot. So the public versions (with some exceptions) are not much inferior to the paid versions. But why this game in specific has all that secrecy? There are smaller games and larger with everything possible leaked, this is the only one i can think of that i never saw leaked, even Palmer games that are online only had their episodes leaked around.
No, you don't need an internet connection unless you're playing the online version. As for the modifications, they are not officially supported by the developer, although if you have the desire and experience, why not try it?does this require internet connection and can I change pictures?
