Sometimes a death will make the others take it more seriously, just a few bad dice rolls and things can get bad quickly. Why prepping as players is key. ( I'm the one usually dying with my bad dice rolls, I'm cursed I tell ya.) Wouldn't have it another way though, I hate playing games where everything is too easy.

Also obvious dragon hoard is obvious. The paladin was git to greedy. Died went down to a poison bite of a young green dragon and died to it's claw in one turn
