Hey sorry for the late reply, been trying to catch up on my sleep. 10 hour shifts plus mandatory days wear you out. Anyways, I always try to make the WT mod easy to apply even though I don't make them. Put the mod file in the same place the exe file is. The exe is the one you double click to start the game. Now assuming you have 7zip installed, just right click on the WT mod file and choose 7zip in the context menu then choose "extract here." That's it! You won't see anything happen but the files will be put in the correct place and the mod will work. Not all mod files are set up this way. If you open the mod file and see a file called "game" then its set up the easy way. 7zip will place the file called "game" in there but there is already a file there with the same name so it combines the files together which is what is needed to apply the mod. Youve probably already done this by now but maybe this helps clear things up or at least helps someone else provided I explained it well enough.
The linux users will generally know how to apply a patch ... and figure stuff out for themselves before asking obvious questions
When it's ready afaik, like most solo devs still developing he doesn't have a set release schedule, no point in putting that kind of deadline pressure on themselves and risk pissing people off if/when it's missed when shit happens. Historically every 2-3 months so it's due around this month but not set in stone and like stocks and gambling past performance doesn't guarantee future results. From what I gather writing is mostly done/polished, 19 will be the last update, and he moved to Stoat (

just keep an eye there and on discord he usually announces progress on there when theres anything sensational to say even if its a setback or an advancement

Since when has that mattered? Yeah it's obviously an absolutlely retarded idea for multiple reasons (one is defualt is/will be teen restrictions only with no ID, great, so a prefiltered playground for ped0s and data miners, most adults have left so they are unsupervised, data breach happens then mostly just kids' privacy that is fucked, etc). Most global sites (porn or otherwise) that gave a shit about some foreign or out-of-state law have simply started region blocking those places, but before that in an announcement told people how to get around their upcoming block by using VPNs like Fuck95 did. Dunno why Discord didn't do the same, other than greed and they didn't want to risk some of those ad $, even though most people block those these days anyway.

I didn't get banned for following Ketz, but I'm on double secret probation. I expect one of the games I follow on there will be next to anger the credit card companies and my account will be banned. I have no intention of giving them a photo ID, so I expect Discord will be useless to me eventually anyway. I hope more devs move over to Stoat.
