At 99 you should unlock the match game which gives you number 100 when you beat it if I remember it's previous uses correctly.

When you reach 99 there's a minigame option when you talk to her which grants the final point if you win, it's avail. with almost all characters i believe.

Haven't played since v0.20 and don't wanna download v0.23 just to do a WinMerge comparison, so if someone who's current could verify it would be appreciated.
