Is the Latest Update page currently expected to be offline?

Currently, I see:

Latest Updates Page Coming Soon​

This page is temporarily offline while we're completely redesigning & re-coding it.


I feel a little silly for asking this question, since that error expresses that the page is intentionally down, but on the other hand, that page seems to be one of, if not the, most valuable parts of the site, so the fact that it was taken offline when it seemed to be working acceptably, if not perfectly, and has remained offline for more than two days surprises me, and makes me wonder if it's somehow just me that's seeing this. I also don't see this fact being discussed (hence this thread), which further makes me question whether anyone else is still seeing this message.

I'm having trouble reconciling the "Stability first" strategy with turning off the primary reason that I come to the site, and leaving it off for multiple days. I imagine that such an extended outage of such a critical function would be worth a sticky post in this "Site issues" sub-forum.

Just my assumption, but I believe just have a little patience. They may not have explicitly mentioned this. I’m also seeing the same prompt you see.
I found it a wonderful way to browse games, however the forums page is decent as well, just may take a little bit of learning curve to find your path.

Yes. Have a little patience with the Dev. He is working it over and testing everything thoroughly, and to avoid any confusion to the group it is being done offline... Sooooo ! Your patience is appreciated...

Latest Update is indeed the most important page of the site

We have no choice but to be patient and we can only hope this time they get it right

The bad feeling is that if we could rewind time 2 years ago, we would be in a better position. Not only we havent moved forward, but we have actually moved backwards

Yes it is!!! Particularly to the Mods, and Uploaders to monitor their progress, and to verify that the new updates have promoted to the top properly....
