Overview:
A story about Suzu-chan and her beloved older brother!
Suzu-chan is a girl who loves her older brother!
Her kind older brother has been looking after her since she was little!
(By the way, apparently the two always sleep snuggled up together!)
I wonder what kind of game these two will start playing!?
It’s a uterus puzzle game in which Suzu-chan’s kind older brother “scrape out” sperm to prevent her from getting pregnant by bad men’s semen.

Suzu and her brother are heading home after an outing.
Their way home is dark, but the two of them look happy and cheerful.
Then, some bad men show up!
They just happen to bump into these unrelated men on the street…
Suzu and her brother are kidnapped together.
Brother, if you don’t “scrape out your sperm” quickly, Suzu’s gonna get pregnant!
When her brother wakes up, Suzu has already been gang-raped by the bad men multiple times!

Not that I know of currently. It's not too difficult to figure out, but it is quite weird.

Now that I've actually tried it I have to say it is very weird but I think I'm enjoying it a little too much, I think I like it even though it's NTR

I wouldn't really call it NTR, even though the dev says so. I think NTR should only count if there is a romantic relationship involved. I don't think helplessly watching your sister get raped should count.

It's Unity, so will try the universal translation plugin under BepInEx. Hopefully it's mono rather than il2cpp; translation seems to work better with mono, no idea why lol...

Also it's a decent (if simple) puzzle game, and some fairly interesting puzzle design stuff for a porn game. First one I've seen that does the level-up "pool of upgrades" thing. It's simple enough that you can actually just ignore the text all together and just play. Things largely do what you want, the only confusing part is the upgrades, but you can just spread your coins fairly evenly and it will be fine.
