1. This patch adds the “Scene Movement Mode,” “Event Trigger Mode,” and a large amount of additional game content originally included in the Japanese version.
2. All EVCG scenes appearing in the added Event Trigger Mode are presented without mosaic censorship.
3. A “FREE MODE” button has been added to the main menu, allowing players to freely replay previously unlocked events.
4. An “EXTRA” button has been added to the main menu, where players can view CGs, listen to music tracks, and browse collected achievements.
5. A special version of the game’s main screen can be unlocked after clearing the game.
6. As an additional bonus, the latest ASMR audio features from the Monobeno and Maitetsu series have been included. Please click the “Bonus Edition” button to access them.
7. This patch already includes the content from Append1. Any future additional content will also be updated on this page accordingly

It's great, but to unlock all the scenes you'll have to play more than once. There's also some RNG involved (invest in happiness level to incrase the odds of positive events that reduce HP costs).

I can't say 100% about these files, but there is definitely an official uncensored version, and the devnotes strongly suggest this is it. The version is the same as the one I have. (I have it from another site that is well-disliked. r y u u)

This game has enough content for probably 4 different playthroughs if you really want to cover all possibilities, but I couldn't get through all the scenes personally... many that I originally hoped to see after 1.75 runs were still obstructed and that's ok. There are some decently realistic heartwarming parts that get in the way of enjoyment too. The depth of character comes from the fact that even as he narrates his undying love for his sister he is truly controlled by the dick and his desire to completely degrade her into a pile of meat.
