I forgot. But easy way to cheat is unren it and look. Or if one is lazy like me and doesn't do puzzle crap in fap games simply skip it. Sure you lose the achievement but there's no good reason to care as there are no real cash prizes for fap game achievements or similar and it has 0 effect on the story.

6 months is normal, Seath and Friends work on 3-4 other AVNs, each usually has more than the typical 10 minute update (more like a few hours). Public should be out in a week or less, then PA is next (prob 1-2 months for that public).

Another good use of a VPN for those with no patience, simply change IP when 5GB limit is hit, it will continue where it left off a few seconds after that. No VPN = download while sleeping, the 6h timer will be up when you wake up. If it gets over 10GB = do it 2x and just do something else for 12h, thankfully the days of 56k phone lines and baby sitting it and having to hit a reconnect button if it drops are mostly over.
